The Omega League is the Epsilon Pi Chapter’s mentorship program for high-school-aged young men. The purpose of the Omega League is to empower males in 9th to 12th grade, to matriculate toward graduation while they
develop citizenship habits that make them productive members of their communities.
The Omega League mentorship program has set the following goals for our mentees…
● Improve self-efficacy and self-esteem.
● Increase socialization skills and bonding with family and community.
● Promote academic achievement (i.e., grades, attendance, behavior, and test scores).
● Improve negative peer resistance skills.
● Improve conflict resolution skills
● Promote ethical and moral values.
● Increase school success.
● Reduce anti-social behaviors
● Provide youth positive activities in non-school hours.
● Build and increase life skill development.
Our various members pour into our mentees though various workshops, events, fieldtrips, college tours, and by adding themselves to the village needed to raise boys into young men.
If you would like to register a young man for our mentorship program, please use the contact form below. It would be our pleasure to add another young brother to the Omega League.
